This project is situated adjacent to the River Wandle and comprises of a five storey block of 24 flats including one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has underfloor heating and hot water both supplied by combination boilers. The client selected high end sanitaryware supplied by C.P Hart.

The mechanical installation consisted of toilet cores on the ground and first floor, including the supply and installation of sanitary ware and extract ventilation.  Provision for a future plant room was also made on Phase 1 of this project.

8 new build 2 – 5 bed high end residential properties. We completed the plumbing works only on this particular project. The 1st fix plumbing was installed in Hep20 plastic pipework where concealed and copper pipework where visible.
