Woods Group Chippenham
Woods Valldata is a leading charity fundraising organisation based in Wiltshire. The headquarters consisted of a large warehouse and storage unit along with an office block. We designed and installed the full M&E package.
The warehouse was heated by gas fire radiant heaters and consisted of high bay lighting. The offices are heated by a mixture of steel panel radiators in the back of house areas and lay in ceiling grid radiant panels for all front of house and offices, along with an AC systems in the offices too.
The lighting scheme was designed in connection with the client’s needs for the various areas with a mixture of lay in grid lights, wall lights and a bespoke chandelier for the entrance lighting. We also undertook the data, AV, FA and CCTV throughout the building.
The M&E plant was contained to the first floor plant room and the building was fed respectively from here with the relevant services.
