We currently have a vacancy for a full time receptionist/administration assisting working in our offices in Farmoor, Oxford.
The ideal candidate will have an organised approach to their work, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work to deadlines when required. IT skills required in Word, Excel and Outlook.
The role will generally cover the following duties:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls
- Assisting the purchase ledger clerk with processing invoices
- Making up Health and Safety files
- General offices duties such as filing, providing refreshments for visitors and photocopying.
Working hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
